Delivery Information

Shipping and Delivery of the Products         
Our partner for shipping and delivery is what is considered to be the top quality Express Courrier: DHL, a unit of Deutsche Post AG. 
The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination.

As an introductory offer, for 39 countries we are offering the cost of shipping included in the price and for most other countries worldwide we shall charge only a limited 15 euros.
Please see below for the list of countries divided per shipping rate.
For some remote countries we ask you to please contact us for a specific quote before you purchase so you will not be able to complete the checkout procedure.

How long will it take to receive the order?
It is our promise to make the products you have ordered within 10 working days since confirmation of order. The products will then be packed and shipped within the next 24 hours by Express Delivery. In most cases (ex: Europe, US etc) you should get your parcel in the following 1 or 2 days depending on the destination but if the country of destination requires Customs clearing and action on behalf of the customer to pay local duties and/or taxes* then we are unable to quote or guarantee a time for delivery.

*eventual duties are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and usually depend on the country of origin of the goods (for your purposes all products sold by LURABO.COM are MADE IN ITALY), the classification of that merchandise (e.g. footwear, clothing, etc) and the materials used to make it (e.g. calf leather, cotton fabric, etc.)

What to do when the goods are delivered
When a product is delivered check the parcel carefully whilst the delivery person waits, if they are in a hurry only sign the delivery note if you can also write "unchecked" or make them register "accepted with reservation".
If a parcel looks damaged you have two options:
1 - Refuse the delivery
2 - Accept the delivery, make the delivery person aware and sign for the goods clearly writing damaged on the delivery paperwork
