• Made on our "Jermyn" last (a last is the foot shape around which footwear is made)  which is a contemporary take on the best of traditional slippers. The toe box allows plenty of room for your toes but the tip still achieves to look modern while the heel area gets a pleasant 2cm lift which enables to add extra padding in an innovative shock absorbing compound for dream comfort.
   
• Upper in two-leather types combination: milled calf leather* and suede**. This is very masculine combination which recalls a whole world of traditions and yet is unusual and intriguing.
  * milled leather undergoes a process of tumbling which loosens the fibers of the skin making the leather more supple while enhancing the natural surface pattern of the leather.
  **this is a suede made using a prime selection of goatskins creating a smooth velvety nap directly on the reverse of the top grain side (the side which would  show as conventional leather) therefore achieving softness while maintaining strength for wear resistance. It is not to be confused with the most widely found "split suede" on which the suede effect is obtained on just a split section of the leather so with a less sophisticated look and touch and a weaker tear resistance 
   
• The timeless British brogue pattern is transformed in a refreshing yet respectful way paying attention to proportions and all details. The triditional punching (one big hole followed by a couple of two small ones) is replaced by the use of just two sizes of perforations which are well spaced apart. This transmits a less baroque look which translates into a more contemporary attitude.
