• These suede* slippers are in one of our favourite colours of the collection: coral rose. The match with the delicate shade of the CHIFFON flower reminds of romantic atmospheres and exudes subtle elegance. The lining and insole are in our special natural colour nappa**.  Lurabo slippers are made for you to be your personal luxury, so we strongly believe in selecting expensive top quality leather for linings: that is what touches your skin and that is what delivers the degree of comfort.
  
  *this is a suede made using a prime selection of kid goatskins creating a smooth velvety nap directly on the reverse of the top grain side (the side which would  show as conventional leather) therefore achieving softness while maintaining strength for wear resistance. It is not to be confused with the most widely found "split suede" on which the suede effect is obtained on just a split section of the leather so with a less sophisticated look and touch 
  
  **This lining will guarantee a natural  environment for your feet as perspiration will be dissipated through the leather fibers . This is also the best way of preventing the development of those odours that you notice on shoes that use cheap leather covered with chemical top finishes or, even worse, synthetic imitation leather !  But it is not only about odours, it is also about not having burning feet, about feeling the pleasure of smooth leather etc.

• Made on our WEDGE last*  which has a 4,5 cm (=1.8") wedge heel which gives that bit of extra lift and special allure. The design of the wedge heel is nicely streamlined for a contemporary fashion look. It is important to note that even having a heel these slippers are still built following the traditional turnshoe construction so they are very different from a shoe because the leather wraps the foot and there are no rigid shanks or midsoles.

• The whole insole is padded with a special open cell compound which ensures that you get both comfort and a breathable environment for your feet naturally preventing the development of odours
