• Built around our EXASIM last (a last is the design foot shape around which footwear is made), a shape that we particularly love because it delivers a perfect proportion to feet. The shape is very gently tapered and from the top it has an almost squared tip but with rounded corners. However, the most distinctive feature is best shown in the profile where you should notice that the tip is flattened (don't worry about your toes....they don't reach that area! Just like it happens on shoes...) This trick makes them look very gentle and stylish without becoming too formal. The heel is area is 1,5 cm high and is fully padded in an innovative special shock absorbing compound which will continue to guarantee comfort. 
   
• The name of this style is MIA which is the Italian word for "mine" and this tells the whole story: these slippers are yours and will be your intimate companion in that share of life which the most precious: your home life.
  This is a minimalist design which should be in any woman's wardrobe, just like a good plain pump.... • This version is in a top quality black suede which which has been laminated with multicolour glittering micro pixels (invisible unless you look really close)  to achieve an effect that recalls a silk black satin  and the lining and insole are in silver nappa.
   
• Made in Italy by hand by artisans matching patient traditional construction and careful leather selection with the use of innovative materials to guarantee long lasting comfort
   
• The whole insole is padded with a special open cell compound which ensures that you get both comfort and a breathable environment for your feet naturally preventing the development of odours
